Terms & Conditions 

1. Scope of Services

Heritage provides real estate tax consultation services, which may include:

  • Property tax assessment reviews

  • Tax appeal guidance and representation support

  • Market valuation analysis

  • Strategic recommendations for property tax matters

Please note: Our services are consultative in nature and do not constitute legal advice or legal representation. If you require legal assistance, you must consult with a licensed attorney.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate property-related information

  • Respond in a timely manner to documentation and information requests

  • Pay all service fees as agreed

Failure to comply may impact the accuracy or effectiveness of our services.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in our service agreement or engagement letter. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Consultation fees are due upon service completion

  • Appeals-based services may follow contingency or flat-fee models

  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge (or the maximum allowed by law)

Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide expert analysis and sound guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as assessment reductions or successful appeals. Property tax results depend on external agencies and numerous market factors.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to perform services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Heritage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, recommendations, and materials provided by Heritage are proprietary. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute them without written consent.

8. No Legal Advice

All services and communications provided by Heritage Property Tax Consultants, LLC are not legal advice. We are not attorneys or a law firm and do not offer legal opinions. For legal matters, you should consult a qualified attorney.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
